We've picked out the best moves from the top matches from WrestleMania 34
WrestleMania week has finally come to an end and it seems that there have been a number of shocks, surprises, title changes and debuts.
The Superstar Shakeup begins next Monday and it seems that this week could have been the last time many of these stars are on the brands that they are currently part of, so they definitely had to make it count.
Seth Rollins (RAW)
Rollins continued his incredible record at WrestleMania when he was able to overcome the odds to defeat The Miz and Finn Balor in a triple threat match to become the new Intercontinental Champion. Rollins also made history as he became the final Shield member to be known as a Grand Slam Champion and even managed to follow this up on Monday Night Raw.
Rollins, Balor, and Jeff Hardy teamed up to take on The Miztourage in the main event where they were once again victorious. Rollins has been rumoured to be one of the stars switching brands in the coming week and he stated after Raw that if he’s drafted to the blue brands then he has his eye on WWE Champion AJ Styles.
Carmella (SmackDown Live)
For 287 days Carmella has held onto her Money in the Bank contract and tried to pick out the perfect moment to cash it in and it seems that this week was definitely the moment. The debut of The Iconic Duo allowed Billie Kay and Peyton Royce to attack Charlotte and then leave her in the middle of the ring just waiting for Carmella to cash in her contract.
The Princess of Staten Island did the honours and a super-kick later, she was the SmackDown Women’s Champion – this is Carmella’s first Championship in her WWE career and it seems that she was definitely forced to wait for it.
Adam Cole (NXT)
There aren’t many people in WWE who can say that they have had a better week than Adam Cole. The Panama City Playboy became the first North American Champion at Takeover: New Orleans before he later pulled double duty and helped The Undisputed Era not only to retain their Tag Team Championships but also to gain a new member in the form of Roderick Strong.
The trio now have two Championships in their possession and it seems that Cole has been able to fill Bobby Fish’s spot while he recovers from injury. There is no one hotter than Cole in NXT right now and it’s rumoured that he could be the recipient of a huge push towards the NXT Championship in the near future.

Alexa Bliss (Raw)
Bliss put her Women’s Championship on the line against Nia Jax at WrestleMania this past weekend and The Goddess’ record-breaking Championship reign came to an abrupt end following a Samoan Drop from the top rope. Bliss and Mickie James were then defeated by the team of Nia Jax and the debuting Ember Moon on Raw to make matters worse for the former Champion.
Bliss could now be drafted over to SmackDown Live next week without being given her contractual rematch, which would definitely cap off a bad start to the month for the Goddess of WWE.
Randy Orton (SmackDown Live)
The odds were definitely stacked against Orton this past weekend as he defended his United States Championship against Jinder Mahal, Rusev, and Bobby Roode. Mahal walked out with the Championship, but it seems that the following night on Raw, Orton was forced to work for his contractual rematch rather than just be allowed to cash it in whenever he decided.

After winning the triple threat match that included Roode and Rusev, Orton gained the rematch that he should have already been awarded and will now rehash his feud over the WWE Championship with Jinder Mahal from last year, but this time at Backlash and for the United States Championship.
Andrade “Cien” Almas (NXT)
Andrade Almas was seemingly confident heading into his match with Aleister Black at NXT Takeover: New Orleans, but when it came down to it, Black was the better man on the night and was able to defeat Almas when his business associate Zelina Vega inadvertently distracted him long enough for Black to hit Black Mass.
There is now a new NXT Champion and Almas hasn’t been seen since his loss. It was thought that the former Champion would be one of the call-ups to the main roster following WrestleMania, but Almas and Vega haven’t updated their social media profiles or made any public outings since the defeat.
