Kevin de Bruyne scored a superb goal for Man City during their 1-0 victory at Chelsea, extending his impressive attacking record.
The Belgian midfielder set off the move for the goal himself, playing a quick give-and-go with Gabriel Jesus before firing a thunderbolt volley past national team-mate Thibaut Courtois.
The goal means that De Bruyne has been directly involved in 15 goals in his last 17 Premier League appearances (3 goals, 12 assists).
He also has a knack for scoring from range with nine of his last 11 goals for City in all competitions having come from outside the box, including each of the last four.
De Bruyne also scored high praise from manager Pep Guardiola after the game, who said: “He can do absolutely everything. With the ball he is a guy who can play in different positions, go to the channels and assist short and long.”
