Watch Super Sunday analysis of Dejan Lovren's display against Tottenham
Dejan Lovren had a day to forget as he was at fault for the first two goals as Liverpool were beaten 4-1 by Tottenham at Wembley.
The defender got caught out for the first and then misjudged a header for the second, allowing Harry Kane to race clear and set up Heung-Min Son to score.
Lovren was substituted after just 31 minutes, and Thierry Henry said on Super Sunday that he saw “fear” towards Kane.
“Everyone is talking ‘world class’ but what Kane has is people fear him. Lovren fears him. You knew he was never going to get the ball. They fear him.”
Graeme Souness added: “Lovren was concentrating on Kane alone and gets it all wrong. For the first goal, he’s straight out of position. He’s obsessed with Harry Kane. For me, the second goal Liverpool concede confirms it.”
