WATCH: Best of SmackDown

We've picked out the best moves and moments from this week's WWE SmackDown.

We have put together the highlights from another action-packed SmackDown episode. The latest episode features five matches, a near-miss Money In The Bank briefcase cash-in and early suggestions of a rift growing between two of the brand’s leading lights.

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens’ friendship showed signs of weakness during their tag-team match against WWE Champion AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura. The pair meet next week to determine a No 1 contender for Styles’ belt, and Zayn twice walked out on his Yep Movement partner, with KO pinned following a vicious Kinshasa.

Carmella came within seconds of cashing in her Money-in-the-Bank contract. Moments after SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte was attacked by the Riott Squad, the Princess of Staten Island rushed to the ring but after inadvertently taking out the referee, Carmella left with briefcase in hand.

Rusev will challenge Bobby Roode for the United States Championship on next week’s episode after winning a fatal-4-way number one contender match. The Bludgeon Brothers also strengthened their case for a shot at the The Usos’ tag-team titles after over-powering local competition.

And in the evening’s other matches, Baron Corbin hit Tye Dillinger with End of Days to pick up the win, while Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin saw off Breezango.
