Graham Onions and James Anderson split the wickets as Lancashire sealed their first Specsavers County Championship Division One victory of the season, beating Nottinghamshire by an innings and 67 runs.
Having dominated the second day, Lancashire held a 99-run lead at the start of day three and needed another five wickets for victory.
Tom Moores and Jake Libby battled through the first few overs but once Onions had Moores caught behind, the end came quickly.

Onions also accounted for Stuart Broad and Jake Ball to finish with figures of 6-55 while Anderson removed Libby (46) and Luke Fletcher, the England bowler taking 4-26 as Notts were all out for 138.
Lancashire take 22 points from the game to move up to fourth for the time being while Notts stay top. SCORECARD
