He admitted he wants WBC holder Wilder next but admitted spending time with the public is a “10 out 10” necessity.

“That was 10 out of 10!” he told Sky Sports about his JD Sports event.

“It’s a busy street anyway and their flagship store but the event they put on brought people in. People came from all over England and some parts of Europe as well. It was a great turnout.

“You’re in lockdown for four months’ routines so you need a bit of an outburst and connect with the world so what better of doing it with the people.”
